years ago, my stepmom introduced me to the work of brian andreas. each piece is like a fragment of a thought or a story - they're alternately funny, poignant, sweet, and snarky. i subscribe to the emailed "story of the day", and sometimes they sit in my inbox for weeks just so i can look back through them. just a warning - if you start exploring the site of all his work, you'll find it quite addicting!
